Fulfillment Policy

1. Delivery of exports
All products are digital. Finished exports appear in your dashboard as downloadable CSV and/or JSON files, and we email you a download link the moment a file is ready. Files remain available for 90 days after completion.
2. Processing times
Most exports under 10,000 rows finish within minutes. Larger exports run in the background and typically complete within a few hours; very large accounts can take up to 48 hours. You can follow the live status of every order — queued, running, ready, or failed — in your dashboard.
3. Pricing and credits
Exports are paid with prepaid credits, where 1 credit = 1 exported row. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and credits never expire. Your first 50 rows are free: trial credits are granted once you verify your email address.
Estimates shown before ordering are based on the account's current public counts. You are only ever charged for rows actually delivered.
4. Refund policy
Failed exports are refunded automatically, in full, to your credit balance — no action needed. If an export delivers fewer rows than estimated, you are charged only for the delivered rows.
Unused credit packs are refundable to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase on request, provided none of the pack's credits have been spent. Contact us with your invoice number.
5. Failed exports
An export can fail if an account becomes protected or suspended mid-export or if an upstream data source is unavailable. Failed orders are marked in your dashboard, credits are returned automatically, and you can retry at any time.
6. Cancellations
Queued orders can be cancelled from the dashboard at any time for a full credit refund. Orders already running can be stopped; you are charged only for the rows delivered up to that point, and the partial file is made available to you.
